Update 1/19/2026 Still no bill . ****UPDATE. Still have not billed my insurance as of 8/5/2025. The same lady who was not truthful prior about "sending it it in the mail.' told me that they have A YEAR to do so. OH so there's the truth. You want to wait a YEAR? I scheduled an appointment there 2 weeks ago. I was having serious swallowing issues. The doctor scheduled a procedure to check out my throat. I went the the hospital for the test and they told me your doctor ordered the wrong test. I told them since it's what he ordered to please proceed. After the test was done they were right. They said it was urgent and they they sent my results to the doctor with notes that were urgent I get the correct test. I call the doctor back 3 days later and they said they haven't heard anything ... read more
Tried to schedule an appointment several times. Always having an excuse to not help. “We are busy” “We are going to call you back” “call on Friday” “I’m all by myself and I have a lot to do” “call somewhere else”. I am so frustrated trying to make an appointment, front desk does not help, every time I call someone is complaining about the volume of work.
