Dr Anderson IS an exceptional Doctor. Unfortunately his front office staff (wife). Is HORRIBLE. Unorganized, unable to get task done in a timely manner. She constantly feels her time is much more important than anyone else. She does not forward information to Dr. she has been instructed several times both by phone and email that it was urgent to contact another dr at Vancouver clinic, several weeks later and the doctor has not heard from them yet. The following took place in March of 2026. This office has the worst office staff I have ever seen working the front desk. I called to make a appointment. They said they would call back. They never did. I called a few days later. They said they would call back. They never did. I drove to their office went up to the front desk. I asked to make an appointment. I also mentioned that my primary doctor sent over a referral. No one at the front desk bothered to check on my referral. One of the girls told me that I probably wouldn'... read more

Update 1/19/2026 Still no bill . ****UPDATE. Still have not billed my insurance as of 8/5/2025. The same lady who was not truthful prior about "sending it it in the mail.' told me that they have A YEAR to do so. OH so there's the truth. You want to wait a YEAR? I've contacted BBB and submitted a report. Run away from this place. ****** Very unprofessional. Something doesn't feel right at this location. I've called and asked for a bill four times.
