Dr Anderson is great its the staff horrible service 😑 my pulse is 75 my sleep disorder got worse I called for a update on the approval of my insurance for a machine and a sleep study there at the office. No one had an answer. Different department, so I call my insurance. It's been two weeks they haven't received anything. I have a pulse reader. I couldn't sleep last night. Dr. Anderson was able to diagnose my sleep disorder. I had been trying for 30 years to figure out what was going on. He was also able to diagnose me with NES due to stress. He is kind, patient, understanding and will not give up until he is able to give a correct diagnosis. I thank God everyday for him!
I have been very pleased with the treatment by Dr. Troy Anderson. He is very conscientious, concerned and thorough. He listens well and asks appropriate probing questions. He double-checked all the tests I had before to make sure all aspects were covered. And now he is working with me through several layers of medications, changing them if I have problems. Had a great appointment with Dr. Anderson for my post partum sciatic pain. Doctor is very thorough with diagnosis. The only issue is getting scheduled for any tests (MRI, EGM) it goes through a scheduler which can take up to 2 weeks to get an appointment. Hopefully I won’t be in pain much longer and we can work on a game plan.
