Dr. Anderson is a great doctor nothing against that but his office, service , appointment , staff is way way horrible i been with him for the last 5 years the experience i am going thru with this facility is beyond tolerable.. i am trying to give him a chance but today few hours from my 5 year sleep study was cancel because they said my insurance prior authorization still pending!!!!! why it would be???? i called my insurance it was submitted 3 days ago (includes sat/sun none business hours) which i had this schedule 2 month... read more

Had a great first time appointment with Dr. Anderson, he took the time to listen to me and did not rush the appointment he had a smile throughout and treated me with respect.
Dr Anderson is great its the staff horrible service 😑 my pulse is 75 my sleep disorder got worse I called for a update on the approval of my insurance for a machine and a sleep study there at the office. No one had an answer. Different department, so I call my insurance. It's been two weeks they haven't received anything. I have a pulse reader. I couldn't sleep last night.
