I can't say enough positive comments about Anderson Construction. In 2019 I had them remodel 2 bathrooms and a powder room. They did a wonderful job. Kathy is the best contractor I've ever worked with. Her professionalism, attention to details, and courtesy is amazing. Today I had Andre and his helper paint my entire first floor. They finished in 2 days and did a wonderful job! All floors, furniture and window treatments were protected and placed back where they were before they started. We are so pleased with our new bathroom. The crew was great ! Their attention to detail was unbelievable. We will use them again! Absolutely beautiful.
My bathroom had not been updated since 1966 and water had been dripping from the second floor to the basement. They gutted and gave me a new bathroom replacing rotted wood, fixing the utility room ceiling that was water damaged, making sure everything was structurally sound and then giving me a gorgeous updated bathroom, better than I could have imagined. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service I received from Anderson Construction at 3865 W. Columbus Avenue in Chicago, IL. I found them on the BBB website. They are rated A+; however, in my book, they have a D due to their lack of professionalism. On Thursday, August 15th, the project manager came out to give me an estimate. She was friendly enough and very knowledgeable. Called them a bunch of times for them to warranty their work and to get new work. They never returned my call.
