Had an appointment for paint estimate and got treated as a walk in. Wasn't able to get a quote because the vehicle wasn't clean. When I made the appointment the woman never told me to have it washed first. Was told to wait for a "dry sunny day have it cleaned and come back". It's spring and snow is melting; if you don't want my business just say so. Pretty sure I won't be going back. Very disappointed in the Anderson group as whole lately.
