STAY CLEAR of Anderson Body shop. Hit a turkey and brought our vehicle here because we have a Toyota Highlander and was recommended to go there. The quality is non existent, they had many bolts and fasenters hand tight. When we informed them about it we where told they had no loaner vehicles until three weeks. So we waited the three weeks and come to find out they didn't have one, so our insurance company had to pay for the loaner. What company makes the customer pay for a loaner to fix there mistake? I called the service center, gave them my VIN, and asked if paint defects were covered under the 36k/3yr manufacturer warranty. I was not given an answer over the phone, but I was told I needed to make an appointment. I went to the service center and they didn't have my appointment on the books. After filling out a customer contact information form and letting them know I wanted to know if the bubbling paint on the gate of my vehicle was covered under the manufacturer warranty they then told me I had to go to the body shop. ... read more
