I called the service center, gave them my VIN, and asked if paint defects were covered under the 36k/3yr manufacturer warranty. I was not given an answer over the phone, but I was told I needed to make an appointment. I went to the service center and they didn't have my appointment on the books. After filling out a customer contact information form and letting them know I wanted to know if the bubbling paint on the gate of my vehicle was covered under the manufacturer warranty they then told me I had to go to the body shop. ... read more
This being my first accident I wasn't sure how this worked, but everyone involved was professional and knowledgeable about the process and it put me at ease. I know that im in good hands.
Anderson did a great job on the repairs of my car. Above and beyond that they cleaned the exterior and the interior which I never expected. It's obvious they take pride in the job they do and it shows.
