Anderson did a great job on the repairs of my car. Above and beyond that they cleaned the exterior and the interior which I never expected. It's obvious they take pride in the job they do and it shows.
2 different collision repairs through them and both were bad experiences. Both times their communication was very poor. The vehicle was promised for a certain date and when phone calls were made to them immediately prior to the scheduled pickup to confirm the vehicle was ready they informed us the vehicle was not ready. Both times the vehicle took several weeks beyond the promised date with no communication from them that it was delayed. No phone calls from them to us. Excellent communications, done within estimated timeframe, body work, paint were absolutely perfect!!! The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
