So much change on the path to the new normal. Hopefully, everyone will be able to find their best workout in the space. Good to see the names of Paul Anderson and Howard Cohen live on in this lifting hall and their legacies, Team Savannah, Abilities Unlimited, and even The OC3 Foundation, still echoing through the ages.
It doesn't get any better than this. Racks, barbells, iron, bumpers, dumbbells, benches, and just the right kind of machines and cardio when needed. I was sad to sell my home gym, but this facility almost makes me not miss it.
Only one stage but the event flowed smoothly.
Was a great time at the weight lifting meet. The atmosphere was ideal as well as the parking, seating, lighting and climate control
