Worst service department in town! Incompetent mechanics, lying service manager, and a dealership that does not stand behind it's work. We had to take our Jeep to another dealership to have it properly fixed. Avoid at all costs!
On July 30 I made a appointment to get my jeep looked at for oil leaking by motor and also for a ticking sound they had me take my car in July 31 at 3pm and said that they may not get to it till Friday since appt was late in day totally understood that. Travis Hurley called me i believe was late thursday and said that they did not find any leakage of oil and that ticking sound was normal for jeep. I broke down passing through town and Matt provided the best service!! I live out of the state so I can't be a loyal customer but if you have a choice this service department was great.
