Not sure how their carpet cleaning system works, but upon drying, I had a large area with discoloration. Their communication was good, but the cleaning aspect was not. I went and bought both Resolve and Oxiclean and carpet spot cleaned and shampooed that area. I was surprised to find the water was dirty (brown) just 2 days after their steaming cleaning of that area. It currently appears that discoloration is now gone after my efforts.

Anderson did a great job on my carpets. They were respectful and thoughtful about my needs. I highly recommend them.

The Anderson Carpet team is great to work with. Communication is really important to me and this team is on it. The tough spots I couldn't clean are gone and the carpets look great. I'll continue to call on them when the need arises.

My rugs came out worse than they were before the cleaning. They were not at all clean, and one of them ended up with stains. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner argued with me and became combative, and still charged me over $300.00. Would give less than 1 star if I could.
