I needed a carpet to be cleaned before listing a house for sale and asked several friends who they would recommend. Anderson was a favorite so I called, and their customer service was outstanding! From the scheduling, to accommodating our short timeline, and the friendly technician...everything went perfectly! And the carpets turned out well. I will definitely use them and again and recommend them to my friends!
This is the 1st time I've used Anderson. They charged me $315 to clean 2 rooms & a spiral stair of berber carpet . The technician arrived at 12:13 and drove away at 1:00. The invoice said his end time was 2:00. His machine only ran for 23 mins. He left water on the walls and window sills of the stair well and didn't do the closets. Anderson has been our go-to carpet cleaning service since 2018. Lisa is friendly, very easy to work with and immediately responsive. She called and sent email within 24 hours of our request for a quote, and we were able to schedule within less than a week. Pricing was very reasonable and Lisa worked with us to meet our individual needs. Lisa at Anderson carpet is extremely personable and efficient. She kept a quote that she had for a year for me for my parents house and cleaned the entire thing within a day. My parents were thrilled and it definitely helped the sale of their home.
I though it will be just another carpet cleaning I used in past with other companies and really didn't find much different before and after, I was not very serious. But this time was completely different. What a great job and to detail. My carpet got at least 2-3 years of life extension. when my wife and kids came back they were amazingly happy and could not believe it is same carpet few years ago.
