Worked hard to fit me in the schedule next day. Easy to communicate with. Cleaned the carpets better than I imagine and left the place secured after. Couldn't ask for better.
We bought a new place and the carpets were stained We weren't sure if the stains would come and and wanted an opinion to make a decision of cleaning or if we needed to replace. Anderson was nice enough to come out and test to see if things would come out. Turns out the stains would not come out but we sure appreciated finding that out free of charge. We also got a quote of what the cleaning would have cost and they were very reasonable. Will be keeping their # on file for the future!
