Picking up on my last review to davids response and being labeled a "nightmare". This man was given 2500$ for a flat rate.. after being to busy on his weekly vacations to have time to discuss what is happening with the case, he appeared completely clueless and rescheuled it for 1 year down the road and then claimed to need another 2500$ when all he had done was reschudule the date.. Very unproffesional. Is on vacation every other week, and has very poor communication skills. Do not retain this man, he will blow through your retainer doing absolutely nothing then request more money and refuse to provide any details on where your retainer has gone to saying it was a flat rate fee. Im not sure how this clown even remains in business, he preys on your misfortune and will rob you blind. For the love of god, find a different attorney. This guy is trash.
I have worked with David Anderson for decades and he is an excellent business attorney. He is professional, knowledgeable, and accessible. I highly recommend him.
