what a breath of fresh air!!!!! Anderson Brothers staff are very qualified and treated me and my belongings with the up-most respect!! The fire ripped through our house, leaving us out in the cold and all our belonging smelling like smoke. Anderson Brothers came in, packed up our stuff, took it back to their shop, cleaned it, and made it all look like new. The service that this company provides is a complete RIP OFF, with no business ethics from top to bottom run far away from this business or get ready to loose your money.Complete Idiotic people they will take your money and give you nightmare in return. Worst company to have business with.
The service that I received from this company was very poor. They made several mistakes while attempting to dry our carpet. We had water in our basement and was told they could save the carpet and they did not. They did not have any extension cords for their fans. The also plugged in two fans to one outlet which caused an overload of the circuit. Water was spilled back on the carpet as they attempted to removed wet bags full of carpet pad.
