Great community bank with personal service
The only reason I gave them 1 star is bc 0 was not an option
Amber Fitz (sp) in the collections department is very rude, difficult to work with & EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! She literally laughed @ my friend when she saw how much he made & also mocked my husband... yes I said mocked!! The department manager isn't much better as far as customer service, although slightly more professional & mature. After reading some of the reviews on other websites (which I wish I had read sooner) & judging by my own personal experience, I definitely would NOT recommend them!
