Terrible lying staff. Been going there for years. Down hill lately.
I just picked my car up From Anderson body shop. The staff were very polite and friendly. Turn around was reasonable. (2weeks) The car looks great!!! My car was side swiped parked (before picture) Then repaired by Anderson body shop! (After pic)
The customer service at Anderson is FABULOUS. Melva took amazing care of me, keeping me in the loop the whole time and just a genuine kind person all around. When I picked up my car, I was feeling that the brakes were a little off, so a gentleman there took me on a test drive with it, and he said they felt fine to him and honestly I was just used to the rental car lol. But I felt really taken care of there, I have recommended to friends, and if need be I will be using their services again.
