I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. The staff were rude and kept talking over me whenever I tried to ask questions. Since I don't know much about cars, I was hoping they would explain what was wrong with my vehicle, but they never really did. They gave me an estimate that ended up being much higher than quotes I received from other body shops. Overall, I felt dismissed and overcharged. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Can I just pay and go? 300 in labor to replace a window, ridiculous?
For many years when needed body shop my experience was recieving excellent and top customer care for the body shop in needed, Anderson staff assure 100% satisfaction if I needed to returned to the shop for some concerns, my concerns always been addressed to fully satisfaction no argument ever been giving, customer care is number one by Anderson staff. Very nice fast accurate reasonable i love this plc i refuse to go anywhere else honestly
Worked seamlessly with Geico, had a great turn around time and the work looked great. Of note, Miss Melva was extraordinarily kind, and though I've only been in Baltimore few short years, she made me feel at home.
