June/July 2023, Could not agree more with Jeffrey K's review of Anderson Boat Sales! Service Mngr./ Owner (Dave) assisted me, though he determined and informed me of what cable I needed for my ShoreMaster hoist, he had to have a sales person locate part number and order it due to "distributor" reasons. After two weeks of shipping delays and other excuses, I was informed the cable was on back order.
