Will not be using these guys going forward. Westminster branch the last three years has replaced their employee's yearly it seems. The guy jerad, instead of answering my question with simple yes or no, rambled on and on for a long time and when i tried to direct the conversation back to getting a answer to my question. He goes “im talking, dont talk over me” then he rambled on again, and this ramble had no bearing to the question… i finally get to ask another question pertaining to the policy, which he didnt know the answer ... read more
