I was a customer for many years and I was looking to cut cost. So I found another provider on my own where I nearly saved $1000 on my auto insurance maybe $1500. Unfortunately, I had to switch away. Because money is tight, of course with a family of four small farm And different things. Poor response from Westminster MA office. First office visit, was requested to bring in Home Owner binder and auto policy I was trying to replace it but not a big deal if I could not. A week later , I visited again with binders. No return calls since 1st or 2nd visit. A week later I have up on Westminster and called Leominster office of A,B & M. Very cordial response. Promised a text to Jay to call me. No call from Jay at Westminster office. I went to competitor three days later and had new policies at first visit. At same t... read more
