I had a broken brake line so I made an appointment and had the car towed to AA. They called with follow up within 2 hours and provided details and an estimate of cost. Susan is outstanding. I received 2 more calls with estimates on further issues that I mentioned; all were handled quickly and professionally. The technicians are top-notch. Incredibly, I have NO complaints whatsoever. Will definitely use them again.
