All I can say is that this place is Amazing. I have never been to a shop with such great customer service (the front desk ladies are the best) HONESTY, and mechanics that go above and beyond to help their customers. I am dropping my regular shops and taking all of my business to Anderson Automotive.
This was my first time using Anderson Automotive East. They were able to take care of my car (water pump was leaking engine coolant) more quickly than I expected, and my final bill was less than the price originally quoted, which I greatly appreciated!
I came in after noticing my steering wheel felt off-center and the car slightly drifted while driving straight. They inspected it and confirmed the alignment was badly out due to hitting a curb recently. The technician explained everything while showing the alignment readings on screen.
