If I could give a zero I would! This place is nothing but a scam! The owner is a liar and uses health issues as a cop out to Get sympathy. And he’s not even the one that works on cars. He has guys that are working on cars that I’m sure are not even certified mechanics. Unprofessional and likes to argue with customers as if he is a child. He basically took a car that only needed a simple tuneup and oil change and made it into something much messier. I am out of thousands covering up the damages this business caused

Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! Within 2 days, they identified and fixed my car's issue that even the car's dealership missed. Highly recommend them!

I initially thought he was honest and veteran-friendly. We had no written agreement—everything was verbal—and he went back on our arrangement when it came time to pay. When I arrived to settle the bill, he wasn’t even there; he was at a doctor’s appointment. The next day, he increased the price, claiming there were fees for my car being there, which we had never discussed or agreed to. Our original agreement was completely different. This lack of transparency and integrity is disappointing, especially from someone I trusted.

Anytime, I need brake pads or anything rather it be a small job or a big one, Anderson Auto is Always Professional, Reliable, and Affordable!!! The quality of the work done is top notch, and unlike other shops that slow play just to run up the labor charge, this busn Does Not! And being a female, it is extremely rare to find a auto busn, that doesnt try to take advantage. They are Always Respectful and Honest! Please give this family owned and operated small busn a chance! I promise you will not regret it!
