Asked three times if the radio was fixed. Was told each time that it was also with the condescending attitude behind it. Went to go pick it up from being parked on the side street not the parking lot but the street with the keys left in it only to find out that what I was told three times was fixed in fact was not. Drove from out of town on a recommendation and this is the experience I will not be recommending to anyone else.
Anderson Auto had an opportunity to make money from me, instead they chose to be honest. They informed me the repairs were not necessary at this time. Great business acumen on their part. We'll be back, whenever our cars need service. Jim & Carol Lynch.
