Dileepa was so easy to deal with, so pleasant. I had a new vehicle within 24 hours after a lot of frustration with Mann Northway
Just like a lot of dealers they have no morals. I really wish I could go back in time and avoid this place.
The service dept and parts dept go the extra mile and provide excellent products and service. The sales department on the other hand like to offer less than what’s your trade in is worth and topping it up 11% (tax credit) and making it look like they are paying you more money for your trade than reality. Be on your toes all dealerships. If a car dealer gives you a trade that includes “tax incentives” key words that mean that’s the tax deduction is added to their trade in value on a new vehicle.
One of the best people to deal with. Great dealership. They make you feel at home.
