very poor service ,very limited technical ability ... trust me save yourself the time and trouble from this con man and son and just go up the road 2 blocks to JDK Automotive where all the cars are getting worked on .. p.s your welcome friends
BEWARE! I took my car here because it needed a ERG value. I told him what was wrong because I had paid to have it diagnosed. We live 35 miles away and he said bring it and he would fix it for 200.00 dollars. The check engine light was back on in three weeks. He claims he cleaned ports but never fixed ERG value. He wanted to charge 250.00 more for something I had paid him 200.00 to fix. He is a ripoff, please do not trust this man with your car.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I took my car to Anderson's to get a oil change as I have for years.....Tim suggested that I get a Transmission flush and I agreed! With-in 24 hours my Transmission sizzed up, and I found out that he had over filled by 3 quarts, also with 101K mile on my car YOU NEVER FLUSH YOUR TRANSMISSION, Tim's excuse! he hung the phone up on me. Well $1,900.00 later for a new transmission, I guess I will see what the Judge says.
Good place for small issues, but that's it. This is an ok place to have a vehicle repaired at. But, they are not good at fixing major problems. I need to get the AC fixed on my vehicle and had to take it back 3 times and it still wasn't fixed right. Then I had another vehicle and it took 3 tries to fix the problem, and guess what, it still wasn't fixed! I would recommend them for small problems, but nothing major.
