I will never go here after the way the owner treated my mother. Her and the owner have known each other for years and he used to clean her carpets all the time. She had an issue with how one of her vehicles turned out and she tried getting in touch with him but never received a call back. Eventually she got in touch with him through a text message stating that she'd like a refund because she wasn't happy with the job and that she hoped he'd make it right. It's a shame what this place has become. It's a shell of it's former self. My parents used this place when Jean was still running it years ago, and out of habit and usually seeing a good job back then, I decided to stick with them. The last few times I have been there it's been very hit or miss. Jean apparently was inactive during my first visit there owning my own vehicle. They were nice, but did a very mediocre job cleaning my car. There were smudges, and what looked like some cleaning liquid had gotten flung onto my instrument panel and it took me about a half hour to chisel and wipe that spot down.
