Dr. Schmutte is amazing! Easily one of the most calm experiences I’ve had at a clinic. The process was very simple and she explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. So far I don’t need any follow up, but I’ll be recommending anyone in my family who does need ear care to come here !
Don't go here. I did my trial hearing aids then paid $3200 for Shanna to order the Oticon hearing aids. On my visit to pick up my hearing aids, i was handed the hearing aids to put in my ears. She never checked to evaluate the fit. Also, i was never informed to download an Oticon app. Shortly thereafter, my right hearing aid fell off and was lost. Shanna should have checked my hearing aid fit and informed me about the Oticon app. The Oticon app would have helped me track the loss hearing aid. I would probably not had lost it... read more
