Very professional and helpful explaining everything. I would recommend them.
Professional, ready to answer my questions. Have hearing aids from another provider, but getting to them requires travel of an hour to reach; this is close to home. Not locked in to one brand when these wear out.

I just walked in to the Wytheville office with my left hearing aid not working. Mr Anderson was walking by me and ask what was wrong I told him and he fixed the problem. I was out of the office in under 25 min. Better service you could not ask for.
