Great people to work with, but if you need any after buying service. Please ask before letting them work on your hearing aids. I had a problem with one that I wasn't getting any sound though. The guy took it and had it fixed within a minute. Then told me it wasn't covered by insurance. Cost me $35. Beware and ask first.
Anderson audiology is great. They gave me a hearing test and told me exactly what I needed and even let me take the aids home to try them out before I bought them. Thank you!
Quick and efficient
I needed an emergency repair to my hearing while traveling, and they were able to squeeze me in and fixed it! It was a first time in a long time to find a technician who understood a long time hearing wearer since birth that I prefer different settings then most people. They take the time to listen and understand your needs. Highly recommend this place!
