Overall decent night staff, after food poisoning, and being accused of stealing food and not really having a say in my treatment just best to move on. Btw I'm sure it was day IOP and client of the year Ben eating what they want. I survived on ramen, rice, biscuits and granola bars. They do feed you fast food at php. Life goes on. Thanks
Excellent staff and doctor. Ive been wanting to switch to a local dr in virginia from Florida and have had so much trouble. Since being referred to this facility my mental health has drastically improved. I look forward to my meetings and Hailey in the office is so kind and genuinely cares. I would have given no stars if I could. This place lets people do the bare minimum if that's their choice instead of doing what they're supposed to do & should be mandatory to have to do everything they're supposed to while staying there. They don't make patients do real one on one counseling & doesn't get the real help they need as the bare minimum is being done by patients. This place is run by newly recovering addicts who speak to you any type of way . I was there last week and had to leave asap . While I was there I witnessed so many HIPPA violations. Also when you first arrive even if you bring your own meds they will not let you have your own meds therefore I had to wait 3 days before I could get my medication.
