Broke microwave door trying to remove it. Took door with him. We had to go retrieve our broken door from his wife at his home after waiting about 4 weeks and after leaving multiple calls with no return call. All right before Thanksgiving. I would have left zero stars if possible.
Had known about Anderson appliance from when I worked in customer service for a local company and met Randy through that. Called him on Monday due to my dryer not heating up and he offered to be there the next day. He was right on time for his scheduled appointment and was quick to get the dryer fixed and running. Very pleased with the whoke experience. Would definitely call in the future and will recommend to any who ask. Thank you for your help Randy!
