I had an awful experience with this landlord. He hit and damaged my car, then didn't inform me about it. Luckily, we caught it on video. After I reported it to the police as a hit-and-run, they went to his house. He eventually admitted to hitting my car, apologized, and provided his insurance information. However, he still refused to return my security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD! They will not take responsibility and will try to screw you over.

I rent his 276 center street property. Its not worth $560 a month. I have been living here for 2 years. The apartment itself is very clean and nice. The building however is not. His idea of fixing the leaking roof under the 2nd story balcony is by laying down rubber on the decking so water doesn't leak in and putting liquid tar on the roof seams.
