Civa Cardiology Interventional is Number 1 When diagnosed with high blood pressure I chose this office randomly. The doctors and staff were great. They worked me in immediately and did a thorough workup. I have used them now for a few years and it is still the same. I don't dread going to the doctor's office.

Not for the under-insured I am truly shocked after reading these reviews. I can only assume that my negative experience is due to my Medicaid status. For example, upon check in they asked my husband and I whether we would like to upgrade to a private room for the extra cost of $220 a night. We said no, because just hours away from being first time parents, we were trying to be as cost-conscious as possible.Only after our daughter was born and we were settling in for the evening around 9 were we informed that he would have to... read more

This is the place to have a baby! I had my first child at Baylor in Dallas. It was a horrifying experience. From not getting medication or ice packs for a 4th degree tear, to not having help breastfeeding... Fast forward two years and I had our next baby at Presby Dallas. The nurses are great and so organized. The doctors are so professional and caring. The whole experience was amazing...makes me want to have another baby all over again! :o)

This hospital is great - especially for having a baby! I love this hospital!!! I had a few problems with my pregnancy - including a car accident at 7 months - and everyone at this hospital was AMAZING through it all. I spent hours in the triage area of labor and delivery with the most wonderful nurses around. Then when it came time to deliver everyone was just as great. I felt that the baby and I were both very well taken care of and that they would do everything we needed in those first two days. We also attended some class... read more

Presby ER should be shut down!!! ER was the worst experience of my life. Wasn't sure I would make it out alive! Admitted with severe kidney infection and fever of 103.2 (That alone can be fatal for an adult). It took 5 hours to get antibiotic and pain relief because no one could find a vein. They kept jabbing, stabbing and hitting bone till I almost passed out! My husband and I told them to remove the IV's and let us out of there! Went to Los Colinas where I was told my viens were blown out from the 12 attempts made at Presb... read more

Excellent Neonatal Care My youngest daughter lived in this hospital until she was seven months old, so we've had lots of experience with the hospital's staff and facilities. I can say that while no lengthy hospital stay is a great thing, this is one of the best hospitals to be stuck in. The staff genuinely cares for their patients, and the docs are the best in the world.

Looking elsewhere for baby #2, Better bring a checkbook My experience was not so positive. The nurse in OB triage took too long to get meds started. Once I was in the L&D room the nurses there were fabulous, and even though things didn't go the way I wanted (baby stuck ended in emergency C-section) my L&D experience was great. However for the next 5 days of recovery the nurses on the floor were very hit or miss. Finally, when the discharge paperwork was done, they wouldn't let us leave until a finance person came by to colle... read more

DO NOT HAVE A BABY HERE!! This hospital will send you 12 additional bills when you deliver a baby here. Do not think for one minute you will have 1 hospital bill. The hospital is old and stinky. MAKE SURE YOUR DOCTOR DELIVERS AT BAYLOR FRISCO!! Not only do they have a chef, they have SECURITY!! Anyone can just walk in the labor and delivery unit at ANY time. If your going to get a bill make sure your service is phenomenal:) I was very unfortunate to have delivered at Texas Health in Allen.
