Upstairs heat stopped working and Anderson Air was was able to come diagnose the issue right away, order the new part and return to fix it very quickly. When returning to install the new part and get my upstairs heat working, of course it just so happens my downstairs heat also stopped working. I am extremely grateful to the team that they were able to diagnose and fix this unexpected additional issue on a completely separate unit same day so the whole house has heat again. I was charged $250 for a 'service call' which amounted to 10 minutes of their technician telling me my unit wasn’t worth repairing. There was no actual diagnostic work performed at any point other than me turning the unit on to demonstrate the problem. I paid Anderson Air for a service call which I was told would include a technician coming to my home to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate for the repair with the $250 service call charge going towards the repair (assuming I was to proceed with the recommended repair... read more
My parents and I have a summer home in Sag Harbor and we've had tons of issues with the AC over the last few years. We called Anderson Air and explained the situation and that 3 other comanies have tried to fix it but failed. The office got me in touch with the actual owner of the company who came out and spent the afternoon with us going over issue he noticed and listening to our concerns.
