I was charged $250 for a 'service call' which amounted to 10 minutes of their technician telling me my unit wasn’t worth repairing. There was no actual diagnostic work performed at any point other than me turning the unit on to demonstrate the problem. My parents and I have a summer home in Sag Harbor and we've had tons of issues with the AC over the last few years. We called Anderson Air and explained the situation and that 3 other comanies have tried to fix it but failed. The office got me in touch with the actual owner of the company who came out and spent the afternoon with us going over issue he noticed and listening to our concerns.
