“From what I’ve learned, there was an incident involving debris allegedly coming from one of the company’s trucks, resulting in vehicle damage.” “Attempts to resolve the matter reportedly went unanswered, which can be disappointing when communication breaks down instead of working toward a resolution.” “I hope this company improves communication and customer service.”
