There was a great range of carpets to choose from. Lara was extremely helpful and the quote was very reasonable. The guys laying the carpet were professional and did a great job. This is my second experience of Andersens Warwick and the high standard has been maintained.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service. Our carpet started showing track marks (matting) within the first 6 months, despite only having two people in the house and no pets. We reported the issue early, but instead of taking responsibility, we were told to change our vacuum head — which we did — with no improvement. We’ve now been advised to pay for professional cleaning at our own expense, which is unreasonable given how new the carpet is and the minimal wear it’s had. Thank you, Lara, Erin and the full carpet laying team, I was very impressed from the measure and quote, we were guided to use a wider carpet, and had the details tied up in one hour. We are selling our home and refreshed it for the new buyers with new carpets. The whole team are very knowledgable, experienced and a joy to work with at a stressful time of packing and selling.
