Very disappointed with the after-sales service. Our carpet started showing track marks (matting) within the first 6 months, despite only having two people in the house and no pets. We reported the issue early, but instead of taking responsibility, we were told to change our vacuum head — which we did — with no improvement. We’ve now been advised to pay for professional cleaning at our own expense, which is unreasonable given how new the carpet is and the minimal wear it’s had.
