The service we received from the sales reps was great and we liked that we could loan large carpet samples to take them home and see them in the space before choosing. The price was also competitive with other carpet suppliers in the area. However, we booked the earliest time slot for installation (8am) on purpose but the carpet layer didn’t turn up until 8:50 and said he was trying to catch up on missed sleep? Pretty poor excuse. Seemed to do a good job on the install though.
I’ve just had my living area, kitchen , hallway and 2 bedrooms renovated with vinyl flooring. I was blown away when I walked back in my door yesterday, absolutely loving the new look !! The service from Andersons from the quote , to the to and fro with organising colours etc and the installation was amazing. Nothing was too much for this crew. Special mention must go to Tom for his patience with all my questions at the beginning !! Thank you. I am beyond happy with my new home !
