Absolute bad customer service don’t even wanna show what they have and when question asked about a product before even saying anything they go no we don’t have anything in stock and everything is closed bad customer service didn’t even try to sell a product and would not help in any way
I came in with an impossible task with a Vinyl flooring request that didn't match the wet bathroom area that I had. Andersens Townsville explained to me where I was going wrong and then gave me connections outside of their business who could help. Within a fortnight, I now have the next step of my reno job done. Their knowledge in flooring is outstanding - don't go anywhere else! Many thanks for your help!
