From the moment we walked through the Showroom Door to the completion of laying our Carpet, the service and workmanship has been wonderful. Keegan could not of been more helpful, I had explained we were looking around and that I was getting quotes, at the end of the day his quote was very good, plus, the fact the particular carpet I wanted was hard to get, yet he went beyond service to achieve our result. I phoned Andersens carpet Toowoomba, they sent Nathan out to my place to measure up my rooms. Very polite young man explained everything to me. I made the decision after a week to go ahead and get the carpet. Andersens gave me a date and time and told me Greg would be my carpet layer. Monday the 20/10/2005 Greg turned up at my home on time. Greg introduced himself to me, then had a look at the rooms then said I’ll finish around 1-00pm.
