I phoned Andersens carpet Toowoomba, they sent Nathan out to my place to measure up my rooms. Very polite young man explained everything to me. I made the decision after a week to go ahead and get the carpet. Andersens gave me a date and time and told me Greg would be my carpet layer. Monday the 20/10/2005 Greg turned up at my home on time. Greg introduced himself to me, then had a look at the rooms then said I’ll finish around 1-00pm. Keegan was great on helping us choose the best product for our needs, he had great advice and tips. Keegan stayed in touch up to / during / and after installation. The flooring and blind installers were excellent as well, again keeping in contact and confirming anything they were not sure of. We will return and have recommended already. Thanks so much.
Recently built my home and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Nathan at Andersens. Nathan helped us from early design stage right through to the installation. We called on him several times throughout and he was happy to take our call, listen to us and answer any and all questions we had. Nathan made the process smooth and without him we would have been nowhere.
Fantastic customer service from Keegan at Andersen’s - approachable, knows his product inside out, provides relevant advice to fit your situation and budget and very flexible and patient with borrowing of floor samples multiple times, until you find what you are looking for.
Amazing service - friendly and helpful with great knowledge of product. The installation date was sooner than expected at a great price. Love the new carpet so would highly recommend Andersens and Nathan.
