The team at Anderson’s noosa were absolutely sensational. They went above and beyond trying to help us out. The communication, the service and the product all were outstanding. Just a shout out for the staff at Andersens. We had a flood in one of our units and out of all the suppliers they were great. Seem the only suppliers that keep stock of popular carpets for quick turnaround. Great customer service, go out of the way to get the job done in time and installer did a great job. All around A+ service.
We had Andersens Noosa take up some carpet that had been damaged around the edges due to rising damp. The area was waterproofed and Andersens relaid the carpet and replaced the damage edges with new carpet that we hade left over following the initial installation by Andersen's 5 years ago. The carpet installers were very professional, polite and obliging.
