Given the wrong advice about the flooring which failed the acoustic test and now they are MIA to discuss the issue and rectify the mistake.
I had been to a few different carpet places looking for some carpet to go inside my bedroom wardrobes. None were very helpful and only offered a minimum size cut that was way too big, and coming from interstate, making it way too expensive. Lambert was most helpful when assisting us to make a carpet selection and very patient when our renovations meant that he had to store our carpet for an extended period. When the time came for it to be laid, the installers showed up on time, were very helpful in moving large items of furniture and did a professional job so that our new floors look fantastic. Very happy customers.
