From first contact to the laying of the carpet, Anderson's were very professional. The office staff were very helpful in choosing the carpet and kept in contact with us at all times. Tim and Michael were very polite, considerate, and very professional when laying the carpet. These two guys are a credit to work for Anderson's. We have a big house and the price of the carpet was very reasonable. I highly recommend Anderson's if your looking for new flooring in your home
Absolutely 5 STAR service from Kirsten. Nothing was too much trouble and when there was a small issue - it was fixed immediately. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was just perfect. I would 100% recommend Andersens and the team.
Andersens Dalby provided quick efficient service. They were prompt to provide a quote and schedule dates to remove old flooring and install new vinyl planks. I am very happy with my new floors and the service provided.
We have had multiple dealings with Andersen's Carpets in Dalby over the past ten years. The work and product has always been great. Over the past year we've had an external blind and recently internal shutters installed. We really enjoyed the process, from ordering to installation and each step has been hassle free.
