From the 1st time we put foot in the store Lisa was very helpful. After we decided later on what floors and vinyl we were after, Anthony was the next star. Anthony explained things in simple English. What I also loved about Andersens was their honesty. We were going to go with wool carpets and although there would have been more money in it for them, they advised on the nylon alternative ,as we still have young children. I highly recommend Andersen's Capalaba for getting vinyl planks done. I got mine done recently and Anthony is an absolute legend. I went to all the flooring shops along Redland Bay Road and none of them were as knowledgeable as Anthony. He doesn't speak in technical terms that leave you even more confused than when you came in.
