Fabulous experience with Andersen’s Carpets Capalaba from quote to completion. We love our new carpets! Gus is a legend and champion carpet layer and we are so grateful for his expertise and dedication to getting our carpet completed. From the 1st time we put foot in the store Lisa was very helpful. After we decided later on what floors and vinyl we were after, Anthony was the next star. Anthony explained things in simple English. What I also loved about Andersens was their honesty. We were going to go with wool carpets and although there would have been more money in it for them, they advised on the nylon alternative ,as we still have young children.
