This is the second renovation we’ve completed with Andersen’s Flooring Bundaberg, and once again we could not be more impressed. From the office staff through to the tradesmen, every single person we dealt with was genuinely wonderful. They just make you feel like part of the family, which makes the whole process even more special. Customer service by Pete is majorly lacking. A nice guy BUT Had to ask for the quote to be sent after it wasn’t, didn’t care to quote the prepping of the floors for the new flooring to be laid. To then be told hours before the flooring being laid couldn’t get an exact match but close enough ‘it’s grey’ well concrete look and timber are two very complete different looks. We had Andersens do custom roller blinds throughout our whole house and had some curtains altered. We are very happy with the outcome!
Our carpet purchase started out a a five star experience but deteriorated when I asked if Peter, the salesman if he knew anyone who could cut out our carpet from three templates of old carpet I'd lifted. Unfortunately, I ended up with three pieces, none of which matched the templates. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had've been cut larger but no, they were smaller and one overlocked edge wasn't even straight.
