This is a review of Andersen windows in general - not just the Houston location. Our builder put in Andersen windows. Within 6 years, we had seal failure on 4 windows. Andersen replaced those under warranty but we had to pay for install, which was expensive. Now 5 years later, 5 more windows have failed. Andersen is telling us they can tell by the pictures this is not a product failure and will not honor the warranty and by the way, they should not have replaced the first 4 - it was just a "good will gesture". Not good
Had a manufacturing flaw on my builder installed sliding patio doors. Chad Piepenburg and his field service tech guys came out and did an amazing job with the repair. They were courteous, on time, and very communicative with the schedule and arrival time. Definitely a very professional company.
