Anderson Windows are the worst. We had our windows installed right before thanksgiving last year. Two of them broke within four months and we are STILL trying to get someone to come out and fix them. The guy who was supposed to come out never showed up. We contacted our sales person Eric, he said he would take care of it for us, never did. Find a different manufacturer.
