Absolutely horrible experience from basically the beginning to end of everything. It took this place ALMOST 16 MONTHS to finish a simple front door replacement. After messing up 3 separate times (first time they painted door frame black not white, then the replacement for that has the storm door attached the wrong way, then the next time they didn't even paint the frame and it was just a primer cream color). My wife and I were initially excited to have C & L Ward carry out our door project. 1. Our experience with the sales guy went pretty well 2. They have a fairly extensive selection of door styles and designs 3. They made me believe this would be a worry-free project. I started seeing red flags after signatures were put on paperwork. Someone from my home (possibly a child of mine) may have accidentally hung up on the measuring scheduler. Afterwards, I received a voicemail from the scheduler. Great company to work with
I had my patio door replaced in the spring. The team did an excellent job from take down to installation. The door, trim, siding all matched perfectly by them. It glides easily and just love the security features of the door. I regret not having my windows done by them, as I was trying to save money. My neighbor was using a circular saw and I didn't hear a thing. I no longer have frost on the inside. I am so pleased with the material and installation. I got exactly what I expected for the cost.
