We chose the beautiful Andersen windows for our house and there was one window that, after we moved in, we noticed some draft. I called Andersen Window today regarding a defective bottom sash of a single hung window. The representative was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He guided me uploading the pictures of the window and product ID label. Quickly he determined the bottom sash glass crack is under 20 years warranty.
