An outstanding job performed by these 4 Andersen Window professionals in replacing 3 of our large windows.
We had a problem with our door seal. I wanted Andersen professional service to fix it. They did a great job, and was very clean and gave us great advice to keep it working right.
Bought a 400 series French Door to replace the French Doors I had. Spent $11000. for door and installation. 5 months later a part in the internal locking mechanism failed. the deadbolt would not disengage. Had to have an Anderson tech come out, Anderson paid for bad part but I had to pay $330. for 15 minutes of labor. I will never buy another Anderson product again.
Anderson delivered two windows and one was defective from the manufacturer. This was not discovered until all of the siding was removed and after the first window was installed. When it was discovered that the top nail flange was broken off and not in the carton, the builder called Anderson for a solution. All options provided would void the warranty and they said they would expedite a new shipment in 2-3 weeks and that there would be no charge for the window. The window arrived 4 weeks later.
