Highly recommend working with Anderson for door replacement and installation. Only problem was that installer was not allowed to remove and replace trim around door. So we hired a separate carpenter for that and it all worked out.
Home away from home. Best windows & patio doors on the market
Put Anderson windows in 4 upscale homes in gated community. Worse window experience ever, They came missing parts, and the way the worked as far as the action of opening and closing was difficult. Wont be using Anderson windows in the future as they are overpriced for the quality of product.
The couple were really professional and had finesse with fixing the window track with the heat gun. The defect came out perfect. They changed the tow out of square sashes and we're on there way. The whole process took about 40 minutes....fantastic job guys!
Last year we replaced all the windows on the front of our house using Neathawk in Roanoke. This year we replaced a wall of 5 custom windows in our kitchen.
