Hi, I bought some new screens through Andersen and they fit perfectly except the one side was bowed, and the other screen had the clip missing. The gentleman that I was talking with put the money that I spent for the screens back on my card and said do not worry about Sending the damaged screens back. Everything worked out perfectly we actually hardly ever open those windows anyway so I really don’t need the screens. Thank you.
