An order of six large casements and a 400 patio arrived with many cosmetic issues right out of the box. Dimples in the exterior clad, scars on the interior of the frenchwood door and dented screen for the door. Then six more weeks for a replacement panel. Then your corporate support defers warranty help to the dealers and they took two weeks to come look. For the price you charge this s total bullshit
I have used Anderson windows for 30 years. I will Never. Buy another one. We had a patio door with the internal shades installed in February, on the 25th, 2026. It was a 5k$ door- which of course included the install. I was hesitant to buy a patio door with the shades on the inside, because what happens when they break? They have a good warranty. Love our new Anderson 400 series windows that were installed last summer. One of our big windows had a stress crack over the winter. They replaced it with no issues at all. Installation guys were super friendly & professional. They did a great job! I highly recommend this company & their producers.
I had been pretty disappointed in Andersen and how they responded to some of my issues on my 50+ window order until the service tech (Eric) came to do a recall a safety device for my windows. He helped answer some of my questions and helped me to work with Andersen on getting my other problems taken care of. He made me feel confident that Andersen is a good company to work with. I really appreciate Eric and his professionalism. Such a great person to work with!
Poor dealer service and harsh product restock charge unnecessary to enforce a 20% restock charge when a customer is exchanging the handles purchased for the a 20,000 dollar order they had ordered from you to charge them an extra 170 dollars just so they could use your doors u supplied to them and the customer service to be completely rude and dismissive not willing to work with the dealers of your product to come to a got resolve for a very valued customer things like that make contractors not buy your product anymore I unde... read more
