I have starting to replace my windows in my Arizona home with Anderson windows. (Many windows in that house). Love them. They are pure quality. I usually order through Home Depot. This past order did go so well, but Home Depot and Andersen made sure everything was good and I was happy before they walked away.
Ordered 200k worth of windows and doors. Product seems ok but Renewal by Anderson in the Twin Cities. Installed the $20,000.00 front door incorrectly and a couple other windows. I was told their customer service was awesome so I wasn’t too worried. Now it’s been 3 months. Customer service is not Awsome, it’s hardly functional. It takes a couple months just to get somebody out to your house and then there’s no guarantee that they can address the issues.
