Dr. Andersen is wonderful!! I have been experiencing so many frustrating and debilitating symptoms for almost a year, and no one ever helped me find answers. After meeting Dr. Andersen I FINALLY have answers and relief. I am now on medication and have a plan on how to move forward with my health. I felt listened to, cared about, and well taken care of! I am very, very thankful for Dr. Andersen! He is a wonderful doctor and I feel I am in great hands.
Claudia is by far the worst person to speak with, phone is always off, if and when she returns call claims bad connection then hangs up. I never even had my 1st appointment but after reading reviews I can clearly see i am lucky. Definitely reporting this mishap with insurance company and let my insurance company know this office no longer accept new clients so my insurance company can stop referring patients to this horrible location. The secretary is the worst lazy hates doing her job always has her phone off. Ignore the call. It’s the worst. I don’t recommend anybody.
