I had a great experience with this appliance company. Even though Samsung refrigerators aren’t his specialty, (because yes they are a garbage company so stay away from Samsung) he took the time to help me anyway when samsung wouldn’t. He patiently walked me through the steps over the phone to troubleshoot the issue, and it actually fixed my refrigerator. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly he was. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance help.
