So far my experience has been ... suboptimal. I was given an approximate arrival time from 11am-1pm. At 2pm I hadn't heard anything so I called the office. Nicole was unbothered by my situation and said the technician had been to my house but they didn't see my truck (it has been in the driveway since before 10am). Awesome shop! Had Stefan replace my windshield, stellar work- highly recommend.
A little disappointed! I always take all my vehicles here. Yesterday I took my truck to have the windshield replaced and the installer broke my antenna. The lady at the front desk said oh yeah he broke that and pretty they aren't going to do anything about it. Pretty sad. I guess I will take my business else where...
