Within my first week in Colorado, my windshield was cracked from one end to the other by a rock driving on the expressway. I was quoted ridiculous prices by Safelite and ended up taking my wrangler to the jeep dealership. A Service representative recommended Andres. I have went 3 times Now, 1st time I was charged for windshield & Calibration, 2nd time I learned it didn’t need to calibrated, 3 time they cut my camera wire, I was told there not responsible for after market cameras, But the Guy knew he did it cause He Wrapped the wires he Cut with Electrical Tape, They showed me today At Best Buy, They’re The Greatest

Absolutely disgusted after leaving and having problems with my window. The attitude of the owner was truly absurd. I set an appointment and showed up for it and they ordered the wrong window! I proceeded to reschedule and was very willing to be patient. 3 days later I showed up for my appointment and got the new window in. After getting home I decided to test the window to see if it worked and it didn't. My roommate works at a mechanic shop and they have always been trustworthy and reliable.
