Was going up I25 and I’m not sure what, but something fairly large on the road went up into my wheel well and shredded it. I pulled over and saw this was the closest spot for some sort of car repairs, so I walked inside hoping to find a solution. About three years ago, I had my windshield fully replaced at this shop. The wait time was extremely long, which was frustrating in itself. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude and pushy, lacking any real customer service skills. The day after the installation, while driving in bright sunlight, I noticed strange flecks consistently scattered throughout the glass, making it very difficult to see clearly.
