Kind over the phone, but took over a month for me to actually get in touch with anyone. I was informed that they did not do legal malpractice even after I repeatedly said I called for that reason and no one told me otherwise. I wish my time was not so wasted and that they could have helped me find a law firm that specialized in what I am seeking. Not a good impression.
