I can't overstate how welcoming the new staff are
I have always found the doctors at this surgery to be caring and informative. However, over the years (and I have been a patient there for over31 years) there is one medical receptionist who is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. Monday this week I rang the surgery amy call, to my surprise was answered- I had been trying for 3 weeks to contact them as I required a repeat prescription and my doctor was retiring at the end of March. I come here weekly for the last 6 weeks via appointment and every single time have waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, with multiple times being over 1 hr 30 mins wait. I understand they can be busy at times but what good is booking an appointment when you come early and still have to wait over 60 minutes every single time. Multiple other patients in waiting room complain of similar experience
