After spending 76 days planning for an entire house remodel he cancelled our remodeling contract and kept our entire $30,641 deposit, claiming he had a right to do so under the contract. He didn't complete any remodeling. He didnt even start any of the remodeling. We are currently suing him. He also filed for bankruptcy protection in August 2021.
