Premium acrylic splint required so much adjustment in chair after being sent 2 Michigan splint with canine guidance in acrylic when I have only ever done nylon cases with Andent. Poor customer service as we were asked to send back said splint due to this miscommunication and subsequently asked to pay the lab bill for said splint that was sent back + half off the second lab bill to have the same case remade. I'd had an order for a new mouth guard made around three weeks ago- this company has been incredibly flaky and unreliable in their communications and have still not completed the order. I would suggest going to another provider if you're needing a mouth guard made. It's also $288 for this- despite the fact that they were able to utilize a pre-existing dental impression. So it's been an expensive, slow and unreliable process.
Great lab with good quality work. Splints fit well and require minimal adjustment, yet to attest to durability but am very happy with the service and price point so far.
