Great customer service from Fiona wheeler, have had a few hiccups with communication in the past with other customer service reps but am happy with how things are being resolved through her. Kudos to her for helping Andent take a step in the right direction. An invaluable asset to the team. Thank you for trying to make things right after an incredibly stressful experience.
I would not recommend sending implant cases to this lab. In my experience, they demonstrated a lack of understanding of implant work. Despite providing clear laboratory instructions, those instructions were not followed, resulting in work that did not meet the requested specifications. I discussed the issues with Marc on multiple occasions, and several remakes were attempted, but the problems were never satisfactorily resolved. Premium acrylic splint required so much adjustment in chair after being sent 2 Michigan splint with canine guidance in acrylic when I have only ever done nylon cases with Andent. Poor customer service as we were asked to send back said splint due to this miscommunication and subsequently asked to pay the lab bill for said splint that was sent back + half off the second lab bill to have the same case remade.
